Ligar Bay Paradise

This project for Nelson clients was completed in early 2016. This 178sqm holiday home, situated on an elevated and sheltered site in beautiful Ligar Bay, commands stunning sea views from Abel Tasman Lookout across Ligar Bay and Estuary, to the distant Tata Islands. The main house includes the large living/dining/kitchen area which makes the most of these stunning views and the master bedroom/ensuite/office.

The large deck area for outdoor living and entertaining spans along the front of the main house to a private, all-weather entertainment area between the main house and the guest annex. The guest annex includes 2 bedrooms, and an ensuite with private decking facing north to take in the views while allowing separation from the main house. This is a modern yet simple design that will allow the clients to arrive, relax, and enjoy their special piece of paradise.
