Tata Heights Home

After months of getting this project out of the ground in 2018, holdups due to the slope of the site and drainage/retaining wall requirements, this stunning home designed by Renco Design of Christchurch, was built by Aaron and Simon of Frank Byrne Builders, during the winter of 2019.

With 3 large bedrooms, ensuites, and open plan living accessing a good size deck, and views of the sea, and great garaging space, this very sheltered home tucked into the corner of Tata Heights is just the ideal spot for the owners to relax with family & friends. With large windows and a deck to take in the views or hunker down by the fire with a good book, this home feels private and secure from the outside world. A special feature of the home is the surrounding native bush, including the huge punga tree that was carefully incorporated into the plans and is wrapped by the front decking.
